Limited Lifetime Warranty Weaver Quality Shutters makes the following warranty to the original user or consumer purchaser of each Weaver Quality Shutter: What Is Covered: All custom made Weaver Quality Shutters are warranted against any manufacturing defect, or improper installation (if installation was performed by us). What Is NOT Covered: Any damage to the product due to water, which may result from installations in kitchens and baths; normal wear and tear; any damage or loss caused by abuse, misuse or attempted repair or modifications by persons we have not authorized; installations which become misaligned due to settling of the structure in which they are installed; colors that lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun, or, due to fading, subsequent purchases that may not exactly match previous purchases; products for which Weaver Quality Shutters has not been paid in full. For How Long: The warranty coverage will be for as long as the original buyer at retail owns the Weaver Quality Shutters Product. Any implied warranty which you may have are limited in duration to the time during you, as the original buyer at retail, own the Weaver product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. What We Will Do To Correct Defects: If your Weaver Quality Shutter product is defective during the warranty period, we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product.
